Accountability

hangTag is responsible for all Personal Information (as defined below) it collects or otherwise receives during the entire life cycle of that information up until its destruction. Consent

hangTag will only collect, use or disclose your Personal Information as set out in this Policy except where otherwise permitted or required by law. Should you wish to withdraw your consent to the use of your Personal Information, please contact hangTag’s Privacy Officer.

hangTag will only collect Personal Information necessary for the purposes specified for that transaction, for other purposes as contemplated by this Policy or as authorized by law.

Accuracy

hangTag will attempt to ensure the Personal Information we maintain about you is accurate and up to date to most efficiently provide services to you without interruption. Should you believe the information is inaccurate or incorrect, please contact the Privacy Officer with your corrections.

Safeguards

hangTag commits to providing safeguards and controls to protect your data’s security in both paper and electronic format. hangTag will take reasonable measures to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, duplication, and modification while under our control. When hangTag no longer requires the use of your Personal, hangTag will take reasonable measures to securely destroy the data.

You have the ability to access your Personal Information held by hangTag. If you would like to know the information about you that hangTag holds, please submit a request in writing to hangTag’s Privacy Officer. Once received, the Privacy Officer will review the request and respond.

Please note that there are situations where hangTag may not be able to release your Personal Information in certain formats. For instance, security reasons or potential infringement on the Privacy rights of others may sometimes prohibit the disclosure of your Personal Information.

hangTag will always do its best to ensure our privacy practices are open and transparent to all interested parties. Any questions as to our practices can be directed in writing to the Privacy Officer. All concerns will be investigated and the results communicated to you once complete.

• Bank account number, for pre-authorized bank payment option

• Personal account identifiers, such as customer numbers, sign-up codes, and permit or access device data

• With Facility owners, operators, and administrators to the extent required to manage the Facilities where you park and to deliver services that you use;

• If we believe your actions are inconsistent with our user agreements or policies, or to protect the rights, property and safety of hangTag or others;

Your Choices

Account Information

You may update, correct or delete information about you at any time by logging into your online account or emailing us at support@hangtag.io. If you wish to delete or deactivate your account, please email us at support@hangtag.io, but note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may also retain cached or archived copies of information about you for a certain period of time.

Location Information

When you first launch any of our mobile applications that collect location information, you will be asked to consent to the application’s collection of this information. If you initially consent to our collection of location information, you can subsequently stop the collection of this information at any time by changing the preferences on your mobile device. If you do so, our mobile applications, or certain features thereof, will no longer function. You may also stop our collection of location information by following the standard uninstall process to remove all of our mobile applications from your device.

Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove or reject browser cookies. Please note that if you choose to remove or reject cookies, this could affect the availability and functionality of our Services.

Promotional Communications

This information may be used by hangTag and others to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, deliver advertising and content targeted to your interests on our Services and other websites and better understand your online activity.
